If you want to avoid this you have to disable UAC. As it is a safety feature it is not adviseable to disable it, but it can be done from: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items -> User accounts -> Change User account control settings. You can also do this using GPOs: Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows settings -> Security settings -> Local policies -> Security options -> User Account Control: .....

This is because the application installation requires high privilege. Whether you need to pass UAC depends on the design of the installation.
